A Top-10 Pharmaceutical company asked LucidQuest to support them with primary and secondary intelligence collection around the strategies and tactics of a set of key competitors in the patient solutions space.

The action: Targeted research into key competitors for hyper focused learnings.

We worked with the client‘s team to develop an initial research hypothesis which was then pressure-tested via primary and secondary research. 

As part of the engagement, we profiled three key competitors based on publicly available data. 

Then we conducted targeted interviews with key competitor stakeholders and industry experts to gather additional qualitative insights.

The result: Way more competitive TA-targeted patient solutions and a new internal training system. 

Eventually, we provided insights on existing and planned competitor activities and a forward-looking view of the competitive landscape. 

We helped our client develop TA-targeted patient solutions and platforms and a new internal training system for its patient solutions development team.
